★ ★ ★ ★ ★ total scam. they told me the shipment was on the way and 2 months later, only one of the two pairs of shoes I ordered showed up. After multiple emails to the vendor, the issue still has not been resolved. no bueno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. One order came in two separate shipments 1+ and 2+ months after ordering. I wanted to return one pair and they said I could keep in and get a partial refund? When I asked about this partial refund, the offer changed to a "big credit on a future purchase". I just want my money back and to stop dealing with this poor customer service!
No wonder they block all customer comments on their facebook page!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my order a little short of 3 months after I ordered them. I actually contacted PayPal because I thought I got scammed. The company would not provide me with tracking information and just kept telling me that they were really busy. Once I did receive them, I no longer needed them. I had to buy a different shoe elsewhere in time for my event. I contacted 2loveit to return and now they will not let me return and will not refund me my money. The shoe is okay, but not worth this crazy hassle. I will never be buying from 2loveit again. I hope others have a better experience.
