★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slecht, nog nooit zo slecht geknipt als bij deze kapper. Vooraf duidelijk afgesproken hoeveel er af geknipt zou worden, 3 tot 4 cm en alles op 1 lengte. Er is uiteindelijk zeker 10cm afgeknipt en mn haar is ook niet op 1 lengte geknipt, sommige plukken zijn veel korter dan andere. Echt totaal verknipt. Kapster was ook erg gehaast en heeft duidelijk geen verstand van knippen. Ga hier absoluut niet naar toe!
 Very bad, never cut as badly as with this hairdresser. Clearly agreed in advance how much would be cut, 3 to 4 cm and everything on 1 length. In the end, at least 10cm was cut and my hair was not cut to 1 length either, some strands are much shorter than others. Really totally screwed up. Hairdresser was also very rushed and clearly does not understand cutting. Definitely don't go here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst room ever I was, the staff have no idea about doing, they lack the experience, in addition they do not respect the customer, which in these times is very important. I was making there highlights and regret this very much, I have terrible spots and streaks were imposed not professionally, in addition poorly matched color and consequently burnt hair. With all my heart I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit expensive but the price includes hair wash as well. The staff is polite and skillful and overall it's worth it especially compared to most of the other places you can find in and around Eindhoven with prices either too high and low but with bad service. I always leave relaxed and content with the results.
