β β β β β Second time in a month I have to go to Audi Lexpoint in Hoofddorp. First time, my car to was diagnosed and repaired in 45 minutes after having constant power losses. Second time quick diagnostic (15minutes) and useful information about another problem I ll might face in near future. Both times I have been offered a smile, a coffee, and very professional services. I wish Audi next to my place in France was that nice. Please continue to be as professional as you are. Marc

β β β β β I went there today looking for a new Volkswagen and the attitude of the sales man was very very unpleasant in my opinion. Started with a bad comment (or trial to be a joke?). Then when I said I was looking for a new car, all the time asking me "you have to tell me what you want" when I think should be the other way around. The role of a sales person is present the options... if I would know, then I don't need a sales person. I just to go the Internet, right? If I am going there is because I want to see with my eyes and have the best feeling about the car. Didn't happen and I didn't feel "at home" at all.
In summary, as a customer, I should feel I have the necessary attention from the sales person. He/she should try to show me the best options, show the car in deep and the benefits, etc.... to make sure I am buying the right car. To make it clear, I am doing a favor buying a car. For sure, I won't come back.
I immediately drove to another dealer, and then yes. I had a proper service.

They provided a quality hire car at a solid price and gave oversight for a problem that has been occurring for a while. Overall a very satisfying experience. Well done Karel.

β β β β β I had my Skoda Octavia car serviced at A-Point HOOFD DORP. The Service agent was very polite and clear about the process. After inspection of the car the work was clearly discussed upfront and agreed. I got my car back at the promised time. All required parts were available, and rest were arranged. Overall, it was nice experience being a first-time customer of A-Point. Car is now running quite smoothly. I recommend A-point for genuine service.
