★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk personeel maar afspraken worden hier niet nagekomen. Teleurstellend. Moest een heel weekend wachten op mijn telefoon terwijl het bij andere firma's maximaal een dagje moet wachten.
Friendly staff but agreements are not honored here. Disappointing. Had to wait a whole weekend for my phone while at other companies it has to wait a maximum of a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had mijn iPhone 7 hier langs gebracht voor een nieuwe scherm, had gekozen voor origineel. Na het ophalen van de telefoon merkte ik vrijwel meteen dat de scherm iets armer in kleur was en dat het scherm niet zo reageerde als voorheen ook deed mij thuisknop het niet optimaal. Woon zelf niet in Amersfoort dus ben ik langs geweest bij een telefoon winkel bij mij in de buurt en wat bleek was het scherm helemaal niet origineel! Reparatie was ook slecht uitgevoerd, ze zijn vergeten sommige schroefjes terug in de telefoon te zetten. Erg slecht, je moet niet bij deze zaak wezen als je je telefoon wilt laten repareren.
Had brought my iPhone 7 here for a new screen, had chosen original. After retrieving the phone I almost immediately noticed that the screen was slightly poorer in color and that the screen did not respond as it did before, my home button did not work optimally. Do not live in Amersfoort myself so I visited a phone shop in my area and it turned out the screen was not original at all! Repair was also poorly done, they forgot to put some screws back in the phone. Very bad, you don't have to be in this case if you want your phone repaired.
