Makelaar Henk Buma heeft er bij ons niet voor gezorgd dat de mondelinge overeenkomst voor het opstellen van een voorlopig koopcontract tijdig op papier is gezet(heeft meer als een week geduurd). Hiermee bleef de deur open staan voor nieuwe biedingen. Met in onze situatie als gevolg dat er een hoger bieding is binnen gekomen waar de verkopende partij akkoord mee gegaan is. Ga bij Alfred Bakker niet de deur uit voordat alle afspraken op papier staan. Mondelinge afspraken kan je niet op vertrouwen! Unreliable party! Broker Henk Buma has not ensured that the verbal agreement for drawing up a provisional purchase contract has been put on paper in time (it took more than a week). This kept the door open for new bids. In our situation the result is that a higher bid has come in which the selling party has agreed to. Do not leave Alfred Bakker until all appointments are on paper. You cannot rely on oral agreements!

Er waren meerdere biedingen en na een duidelijke toelichting op het schriftelijkheidsvereiste is de verkoop vakkundig en efficient tot een succesvol einde gebracht. Ik ben niet van plan om op korte termijn weer te verhuizen maar mocht dit wel het geval zijn zou ik Henk zeker weer vragen.
