Deskundig advies, de tijd die er voor je genomen wordt en de uitgebreide informatie die gegeven wordt om tot een goed besluit te komen heb ik als zeer prettig ervaren. Daarnaast ook een dikke tien voor het "luisterend oor" van de audicien die ondanks mijn soms aparte manier van omschrijven het toch voor elkaar krijgt de toestellen goed af te stellen.
Tot op heden heb ik geen punten ter verbetering, ga zo door!
