Zeer slechte zaak zit! En daarbij is het gecontroleerd door meerdere mensen en allemaal hebben ze dit niet gezien! Zeer onbekwaam personeel! Bad pharmacy !! Gives incorrect dosage for a child of 5! And all you get is an excuse! As if it would benefit my child! Very bad thing! And it has been checked by several people and they have not all seen this! Very incompetent staff!

En het personeel is niet snel als de bliksem, maar wel gewoon competent en aardig. Medicijnen altijd correct gekregen volgens afspraak. I don't understand the bad reviews. In recent years I have always been well helped in this pharmacy. Sometimes you have to wait a while, that is the case everywhere. And the staff is not quick as lightning, but just competent and nice. Medicines always received correctly by appointment.

De dames werken secuur en ze behandelen klanten geduldig en op vriendelijke wijze. Als wat moeten uitleggen, of je vraagt of ze iets uit willen zoeken voor je, dan gaan ze direct aan de slag en je zal ze nooit horen klagen, omdat ze hun klanten altijd graag van dienst zijn. Bovendien dragen de assistentes meestal allemaal hetzelfde outfit, wat leuk is voor het beeld en het er net iets professioneler uit komt te zien. Ik kom er vrijwel nooit meer, omdat ik van hen doorlopend baxters krijg die via de post arriveren. Wat ik een fantastische service vind, omdat ik hierdoor meer overzicht heb van de medicatie die ik moet gebruiken en het veel minder snel vergeet in te nemen. Koffie daar is ook prima, mocht je wat langer moeten wachten op je beurt. Top apotheek! Pharmacy South West is less busy than the pharmacy on the canopy track. The ladies work meticulously and they treat customers patiently and in a friendly manner. If you need to explain something, or ask them to sort something out for you, they get to work right away and you will never hear them complain, because they are always happy to serve their customers. In addition, the assistants usually all wear the same outfit, which is nice for the image and makes it look just a bit more professional. I hardly ever go there anymore, because I constantly get baxters from them that arrive through the mail. Which I think is a fantastic service, because it gives me a better overview of the medication I have to use and I forget to take it much less quickly. Coffee there is also fine, if you have to wait a little longer for your turn. Top pharmacy!

Moest wel even nabellen, het was per ongeluk nog niet meegegeven aan de bezorger, maar daarna snel geregeld! Medicines available quickly and even delivered to my home when I indicated that I was in quarantine. Had to call, it was accidentally not given to the delivery person, but quickly arranged!

Het had attent geweest als jullie medewerker een witte jas had gedragen om de customerjourney af te toppen. Inrichting van de apotheek is sowieso enorm 1988 en weinig insta-waardig. Meer planten en makrame; zo moeilijk is dat niet.
