Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan vorm en techniek, maar ook de principes achter elke vorm. Je leert deze direct leert toepassen in conflict situaties d.m.v. gecontroleerde, beheerste sparsessies.
Tijdens de training wordt je gepusht en streng gecorrigeerd, maar zonder enige vijandigheid. Zeker een groep met respectvolle en vriendelijke mensen, zowel de leraren als de leerlingen.
