Bracht mijn fiets voor een reparatie, vroeg aan de monteur, die mijn fiets had gerepareerd, wat de kosten waren. Hij overlegde met een collega, die zei, dat er geen kosten aan verbonden waren. Hij bracht mijn fiets naar de uitgang, toen riep een andere collega/baas?, die een klant aan het helpen was, vanuit de winkel, dat ik 20 euro moest betalen. Een zeer onprettige manier om met klanten om te gaan. Het gaat mij niet om die 20 euro, maar zo behandel je geen klanten. Mijn tip: maak afspraken over tarieven, maar doe dat niet in de aanwezigheid van klanten.

He brought my bike to the exit, when another colleague / boss, who was helping a customer, shouted from the store that I had to pay 20 euros. A very unpleasant way to deal with customers. For me it's not about the 20 euros, but you don't treat customers that way. My tip: make agreements about rates, but do not do so in the presence of customers.
