De koop van een fiets is niet door gegaan door de arrogante toon en gebrek aan empathie vanuit de vrouwelijke medewerkster. De koop was zo goed als rond. Maar ik heb geen vertrouwen meer in de zaak dus heb ik de koop niet door laten gaan . There is a very unpleasant arrogant woman working in the shop. I have never been treated like this in a store. The purchase of a bicycle did not go through due to the arrogant tone and lack of empathy from the female employee. The sale was almost complete. But I no longer have faith in the business so I did not let the sale go through.

Tevens hebben ze de vering nog afgesteld op mijn gewicht. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en professioneel. Op de terugweg direct even langs Hellendoorn gereden voor een ritje op de mountainbike! After a long search I finally found a full suspension in my size! Everything neatly corona-proof on delivery! They also adjusted the suspension to my weight. Staff very friendly and professional. On the way back immediately drove past Hellendoorn for a ride on the mountain bike!
