R	Robbert Gommans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sublime restaurant with surprising, elegant dishes. They offer small dishes for 11 euros each, which you can combine to make your meal as you see fit. Furthermore, they have great cuts of meat to choose from, as well as a fresh fish selection. Unbelievable skill in preparation and staff is really helpful. One of Nijmegen's best restaurants.

T	T T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best meal I’ve had in years of visiting Nijmegen! Fantastic service, the staff was all very helpful & knowledgeable. Atmosphere is top notch trendy without being annoying. The menu is full of delicious small plate twists on traditional dishes. We did a couple small plates & an order of fries (not h best fries I’ve ever had but the other food was fantastic so I’ll let them slide). Steak tartar & BBQ cabbage were excellent. Beer was lovely too. Tip: we made a reservation on their website so we wouldn’t have to deal with waiting. Literally waited zero seconds when we arrived. Can’t beat that!

Food was really good, although vegetarian options were a bit limited. (Highlight was the pumpkin ‘pizza’.) Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Not quite 5 stars - the bread ‘station’ behind the bar was a bit unhygenic as staff kept going back and forth from preparing bread, touching the registry etc without washing their hands.

The setting is modern and semi-industrial allowing for a mix of casual and trendy people. Location is in the great Nijmegen East area.
V	Vienna Poiesz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I reserved a spot at the bar on a week day evening. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We are pescatarians and every dish we ordered was extremely good. My personal favorite was the mackerel. The wine list could use a little work, but nothing was offensive. The atmosphere could also be a bit more gezellig. Regardless, this is definitely one of the best restaurants in Nijmegen. Note: I tried to take my father here the following week and the host was extremely rude and unhelpful. Hopefully someone was just having a bad day.
