De kracht van Hoefnagel Totaalbouw zit hem in het bouwen met oog voor kwaliteit, aandacht voor ambacht en innovatie. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoefnagel heeft in 2019 ons huis gebouwd. Van meedenken in ontwerp tot oplevering: van A-Z. Het complete plaatje. Korte lijnen, afspraak is afspraak en meedenken in oplossingen als er wat hobbels waren zijn kenmerkend voor dit bedrijf. En ook nu nog, ruim een jaar na oplevering komen zij bijvoorbeeld een slot repareren als dat niet werkt. top!

Short lines of communication, a deal is a deal and thinking along in solutions if there were some bumps are characteristic of this company. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De oplevering van ons huis is op een paar punten na uitstekend in orde. De aandachtspunten zijn ook prima acceptabel. Over de bouw zijn we tevreden, maar de communicatie is dramatisch. Je verwacht een pro-actieve en informatieve rol van de kopersbegeleiding, maar dat was het allerminst. Het is eigenlijk geen begeleiding te noemen. Zelfs de periodieke update van 6 weken, zoals ze zelf zeggen deze te geven, is te veel gevraagd.
The delivery of our house is excellent except for a few points. The points of attention are also perfectly acceptable. We are satisfied with the construction, but the communication is dramatic. You expect a proactive and informative role from the buyer guidance, but that was not the case at all. It's not really an accompaniment. Even the periodic update of 6 weeks, as they say to give it themselves, is too much to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zullen nooit een negatieve recensie plaatsen. Maar dit nu na 2 jaar is het wel best.. Ik vind dit een slecht bedrijf en raad dit niet aan. Slechte communicatie. Klachten worden laks mee omgegaan en zelfs met een klacht spreken ze je tegen. Je voelt je totaal niet gehoord.
BELLEN ZELDEN TERUG.
Contact met kantoor is niet zoals je als klant verwacht. In het begin doen ze heel aardig en naarmate de bouw voelde wij ons niet meer gehoord.
De meneer van de afhandeling laat je niet uitpraten, heeft een overheersende dominante houding.
Het enige positieve is de jongens van de bouw die zijn aardig!!
Erg jammer want de huizen zijn schitterend.
Wat een mooi moment in je leven moet zijn is met hoefnagel een ellende. Een tip! Doe wat aan jullie klant vriendelijkheid! We horen meerdere klachten.
We will never post a negative review. But now after 2 years it is quite good.. I think this is a bad company and do not recommend it. Bad communication. Complaints are handled lax and even with a complaint they contradict you. You don't feel heard at all.

Contact with the office is not what you expect as a customer. In the beginning they are very nice and as the construction progressed we no longer felt heard.
The handler won't let you finish, has a dominant dominant attitude.
The only positive is the guys from the construction who are nice!!!!
It's a shame because the houses are beautiful.
What should be a beautiful moment in your life is a misery with a horseshoe nail. A tip! Do something about your customer friendliness! We hear several complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na ons vorige huis 6 jaar geleden door Hoefnagel als totaalconcept naar volle tevredenheid te hebben laten bouwen, nu wederom voor Hoefnagel gekozen om voor onze huidige woning om nieuwe kozijnen te plaatsen. Wederom naar tevredenheid! In het voortraject goed geholpen en uiteindelijk samen tot een niet standaard ontwerp gekomen passend bij ons huis. En ja, natuurlijk kan er iets fout gaan, maar dat wordt naar volle tevredenheid opgelost. Goed werk weer!
After having our previous house built by Hoefnagel as a total concept 6 years ago to our full satisfaction, we have once again chosen Hoefnagel to place new window frames for our current house. Satisfied again! Helped well in the preliminary phase and eventually came to a non-standard design that suits our house. And yes, of course something can go wrong, but that will be solved to our full satisfaction. Good work again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoefnagel is een bouwbedrijf zoals je dat wilt: vakkundig, pro-actief, adviserend en snel. En afspraak = afspraak, hou ik enorm van. Ze hebben de verbouwing van ons huis (uit 1956, dus we kwamen wat tegen) perfect uitgevoerd met grote vakkundigheid. Dikke aanrader.
Hoefnagel is a construction company the way you want it: professional, proactive, advisory and fast. And appointment = appointment, I love it very much. They carried out the renovation of our house (from 1956, so we came across something) perfectly with great skill. Highly recommended.
