★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In september 2016 een nieuwe vivaro gekocht, na problemen met Bluetooth heeft Opel een update gedaan op het systeem.
Helaas is hierdoor het volume begrenst waardoor ik mijn telefoon niet meer kon verstaan.
3 jaar ben ik naar mijn mening aan het lijntje gehouden omdat er steeds geen nieuwe update zou zijn.
Nu krijg ik te horen dat er geen updates meer komen omdat het systeem 5 jaar oud is.
Mijn zoon heeft uiteindelijk ontdekt dat er 9 maanden geleden een update uit is gekomen en heeft het probleem uiteindelijk zelf opgelost.
Erg jammer Broekhuis. 3 jaar ellende voor niets.
Bought a new vivaro in September 2016, after problems with Bluetooth, Opel has done an update on the system.
Unfortunately, this limited the volume so that I could no longer hear my phone.
I was kept on a leash for 3 years in my opinion because there would always be no new update.
Now I am told that there will be no more updates because the system is 5 years old.
My son finally found out that an update came out 9 months ago and finally solved the problem on his own.
Very sorry Brookhouse. 3 years of misery for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just received an awful service when we came here. As expats we can’t yet speak Dutch well. So we asked representative if he can speak english. He responded in dutch that he can’t speak english. We anyway got to the car and he out of sudden started to explain us everything in a very good english... He looked like he was annoyed by us and couldn’t wait until we leave! Will never come back here again nor recommend to any of our friends. I can only advise the management team of the company work on consumer service part of the stuff.
