★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekende apparatuur aangeschaft. Wegens vertraging bij de leverancier duurde het iets langer maar ik werd steeds op de hoogte gehouden van de stand van zaken. Toen het eenmaal in Nederland was kreeg ik het de volgende dag bezorgd. Kortom erg prettige communicatie over zeer fijne gear.
Purchased excellent equipment. Due to a delay at the supplier it took a little longer but I was always kept informed of the state of affairs. Once it was in the Netherlands I got it delivered the next day. In short, very pleasant communication about very fine gear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Roland Go smartphone mixer online with this company. Received my tracking number for my item and then waited. Looked on the PostNL website today to see if there was a delivery update. Nothing at all.
I contacted the company for info regarding info for when my item will be delivered and was told there is none in stock and they cancelled my order. I was also told that as I used Klarna to pay later for my items this is not good as it takes a long time for the company to be paid by them.
If you do not like the way Klarna does business then why offer a way for me to use it at checkout.
Never bothered to notify me when they cancelled my order until I made contact with them.
I work in customer service for a worldwide business and wouldnt dream of dealing with my potential or existing customers in such a way.
If you like poor customer service then I would advise you purchase from this company.
