★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijk onbeschofte reactie heb ik zojuist aan de telefoon gehad. Gezien de voedselallergie van mijn moeder vroeg ik na in wat voor olie/frituurvet er wordt gebakken. Toen ik aangaf dat het ivm de olie waarin zij bakken helaas over ging, omdat mijn moeder dit niet mag, kreeg ik op een heel nare toon te horen dat mevrouw niet snapte waarom ik dit vroeg. Dus ik legde dit nogmaals uit en kreeg vervolgens te horen dat iedereen in dat vet bakt dus dat ze het nog steeds niet snapt, met meteen een tot ziens er achter aan. Mijn moeder heeft niet gevraagd om een voedselallergie waar je in het ziekenhuis mee kunt belanden (wat al vaker is gebeurd), dus om iemand die een vraag stelt zo te behandelen begrijp ik niet en vind ik ronduit onbeschoft.
 What a terribly rude response I just had on the phone. Given my mother's food allergy, I asked what kind of oil / frying fat is being baked. When I indicated that, unfortunately, because of the oil in which they bake, because my mother was not allowed to do so, I was told in a very nasty tone that Mrs. didn't understand why I asked this. So I explained this again and was then told that everyone is frying in fat so that she still doesn't get it, with a goodbye immediately after it. My mother has not asked for a food allergy that you can end up with in the hospital (which has happened many times before), so I don't understand and treat someone who asks a question like that and I am completely rude.
