R	Remcoir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snelle studenten service is nep. Laptop moet 5 dagen bij reparateur zijn, dus met transport ben je hem 7 werkdagen kwijt, tot dat je recht hebt op een leen laptop. En deze is uiteindelijk nooit gekomen, ik heb ze 3 weken lang platgebeld en ze bleven beloven Fast student service is fake. The laptop must be at the repairer's for 5 days, so with transport you will lose it for 7 working days, until you are entitled to a loan laptop. And this one never came, I called them flat for 3 weeks and they kept promising

Met dik gedrukte letters staat er " Je laptop wordt bij een defect de volgende werkdag thuis opgehaald en binnen 5 werkdagen gerepareerd. • Mocht je laptop binnen 5 werkdagen niet zijn gerepareerd, dan ontvang je kosteloos een leenlaptop totdat de reparatie is voltooid" Bel je ze krijg je te horen dat het pas ingaat als je laptop bij de reparateur is. Zet het dan niet op jullie site. Lekker zo mensen lokken en dan je woorden niet waar kunnen maken. Ben gebeld door Reina van Campusshop en hij heeft alles perfect opgelost. Zelfs als compensatie een cadeaubon gekregen. Zo kan het dus ook. Update!!!!!!! Fast student service is a joke!!! In bold letters it says " In the event of a defect, your laptop will be picked up at home the next working day and repaired within 5 working days. • If your laptop has not been repaired within 5 working days, you will receive a loaner laptop free of charge until the repair is completed" If you call them, you will be told that it will only start when your laptop is at the repairman. Then don't put it on your site. Nice to lure people and then you can't live up to your words. Got a call from Reina from Campusshop and he solved everything perfectly. Even got a gift card as compensation. That's another way to do it.

Beloftes worden gedaan waar dit bedrijf zich niet aan houd. Contact met de juiste afdeling is niet mogelijk voor de klanten. Dit moet via een tussenpersoon die ook nergens wat van weten. Schijnbaar is annuleren zelfs moeilijk. Gisteren geannuleerd maar nog steeds niks van te zien in het account. Mijn geld nu kwijt voor niks en nu maar wachten of het wel word terug betaald. Bad company. Paid on Friday, online it said immediately available so the next day at home. Still nothing delivered. Promises are made that this company does not keep.
