โ โ โ โ โ Ik moet bereikbaar zijn als zij mij bellen n.a.v. een offerteaanvraag, anders wordt je aanvraag gesloten en moet je opnieuw een aanvraag indienen. En dat terwijl je eerder aangeeft via de mail hen te willen bellen omdat je zelf lastig te bereiken bent i.v.m. werk. Je krijgt dan vervolgens wel een telefoonnummer en een casenummer maar als je dan terugbelt is je aanvraag al gesloten en moet je deze opnieuw indienen? Waarom hebben ze dan een casenummer???
ERG vreemde gang van zaken. En behulpzaam hoe maar, niks aan te doen..... gewoon opnieuw indienen is de reactie!!!!!!!!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Offerte opgevraagd voor dakrenovatie en isolatie. Casius.nl heeft mijn gegevens doorgestuurd naar drie bedrijven die contact met mij hebben opgenomen. Uiteindelijk 1 van de partijen heeft de opdracht gekregen. Goeie service en nazorg van Casius!
Request a quote for roof renovation and insulation. Casius.nl has forwarded my details to three companies that have contacted me. Ultimately 1 of the parties was awarded the contract. Good service and aftercare from Casius!

โ โ โ โ โ Casiius werkt met onervaren, kleine ZZP-ers die dit platform nodig hebben om werk te vinden. Pronk Electronica werkt slordig, raffelt af: als hij een stopcontact maakt, gaat dat ten koste van ander stopcontact. Draden hangen los en doet niet het werk dat schriftelijk afgesproken is. Komt steeds met wisselende facturen terwijl vaste prijs is afgesproken. En gaat dreigen en intimideren. Via familie en vrienden vakman vinden is beter omdat die geen financieel belang hebben en dat heeft Casius wel. Vakman wordt niet gecheckt op referenties en bij problemen heb je geen poot om op te staan. Allemaal prutsers die moeten betalen om aan werk te komen.
Casiius works with inexperienced, small freelancers who need this platform to find work. Pronk Electronica works sloppily, rushes through: if he makes a socket, it is at the expense of another socket. Wires hang loose and do not do the work agreed upon in writing. Always comes with varying invoices while a fixed price has been agreed. And threatens and intimidates. Finding a professional through family and friends is better because they have no financial interest and Casius does have that. Professionals are not checked for references and in case of problems you do not have a leg to stand on. All bums who have to pay to get a job.

โ โ โ โ โ Casius is een geweldig bedrijf dat zijn afspraken na komt en dat geld
niet alleen voor de directeur maar voor alle werknemers . De medewerkers denken met de aannemer mee zien altijd mogelijkheden voor je bedrijf. En het zijn fijne mensen die begripvol zijn als je ze aan de lijn heb, trouwens dat is ook geen probleem nemen direct op namelijk, en staan je netjes te woord.
Kortom mijn bedrijf hebben ze nooit teleurgesteld ze verwachten natuurlijk wel dat je een vakman ben, zo niet kan je beter geen zaken
doen met deze partij omdat ze eerlijkheid in een hoog vaandel hebben
staan. dat dragen ze dan ook uit naar de klant en aannemer.
Met andere woorden Casius is een goede partner om zaken mee te doen,
dit gezegd hebbende wens ik ze in de toekomst veel succes.

not only for the director but for all employees . The employees think along with the contractor and always see opportunities for your company. And they are nice people who are understanding when you have them on the line, by the way, that's no problem either, they answer immediately, and they speak to you nicely.
In short, they have never disappointed my company, of course they expect you to be a professional, if not you better not do business
do with this party because they have honesty in a high standard
to stand. that is what they convey to the customer and contractor.
In other words Casius is a good partner to do business with,

โ โ โ โ โ Bij onze opbouw ging een hoop mis, en casius was benieuwd naar onze ervaring. Nou als je klant een klacht heeft mbt communicatie en je dan vervolgens de belofte doet dezelfde week te bellen en dat tot de dag van vandaag nog niet gedaan heb... sla je de plank volledig mis.
Een en al elende gehad met onze aannemer die beloofde de vergunning te regelen etc, maar puntje bij paaltje nergens achterheen ging. Bouw bedrijven hebben het zo druk dat een slechte review geen ### uitmaakt.
Waar ze wel heel goed in zijn is als je iets wolt je binnen enkele dagen bellen en offertes doen. Maar afhandeling van klachten..

We had a lot of trouble with our contractor, who promised to arrange the permit etc., but really went nowhere. Construction companies are so busy that a bad review doesn't matter ###.
What they are very good at is if you want something to call you within a few days and make quotations. But handling complaints..

โ โ โ โ โ Bij Casius offertes aangevraagd voor uitbouw woonkamer. Ik heb 3 aannemers op bezoek gehad. De 1e meldde na 3 weken dat het door Corona in zijn bedrijf langer duurde om offerte te maken. Na nog eens 3 weken nog niets gehoord, dus heb hem gemeld dat het niet meer hoeft. De 2e liet 6 weken niets meer horen, dus ook deze gemeld dat het dan ook niet meer hoeft. De 3e zou binnen 1 week een offerte presenteren, maar nu 3,5 week later ook geen offerte.
Deze aannemers betalen blijkbaar per lead en komen langs om de krenten uit de pap te halen.
Hier heb je werkelijk niets aan.
Requested quotes from Casius for extension of living room. I have had 3 contractors visit. The 1st reported after 3 weeks that Corona in his company took longer to make a quote. After another 3 weeks I still haven't heard anything, so I informed him that it is no longer necessary. The 2nd did not hear anything for 6 weeks, so this one also reported that it is no longer necessary. The 3rd would present a quote within 1 week, but now 3.5 weeks later no quote either.
Apparently, these contractors pay per lead and come by to get the hang of it.
You really have nothing to do with this.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite useless, I completed their web form for a specific job to be done. Within a minute I received a phone call that they don't know of any companies that can do that job. Their employee was not too cordial either, I might add. I guess it was quite punctual. So that's something.
If you can't do a job, don't offer the option of requesting that specific type of work on your site, and don't waste my time.
