★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality classes taught by Daniël de Groot who is proficient both at teaching the fundamentals of BJJ to beginners, as well as the latest technical developments in sport jiu jitsu to experienced practitioners. Instruction is in English, since the classes are usually filled with students from different nationalities. I can write much more about the great atmosphere and the level of (some of) the students, but it is best if you come see for yourself!

Every week the content of the 1,5 hour training sessions are structured around a specific position (mount, backmount, open guard etc).
Starting with warmups, take-down drills, techniques from the specific position of the week, specific sparring and 30 minutes of free sparring.
