A	Allister Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad repair service. All I wanted was the WiFi card changed but they made me pay 49 euros "onderzoek kosten" as well despite having told them what the problem was. So I ended up paying 74 euros to have a 25 euro component installed. When I queried this the guy got aggressive.

They will take your money in advance and will not repair your laptop immediately.. they will keep telling you that they're busy or so.. well, everybody's busy but at least let us know the update or better excuse than busy!
E	Enayat Aria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go for repairing laptop to this shop. They just clean the laptop from dust for 50 euros. If your laptop has a problem, they are again charging you another 50 euros just to find the problem. If a part of your laptop must be changed, like the CPU fan, they must order it without any responsibility how long it would take time. They would also charge you extra to fix the problem, in addition to the cost of the part. They are not responsible for any data lost during the repairment. In general, I did not find them experts, and they only thing perhaps they can do is cleaning up your laptop, with any other responsibility!

Me and my friends love shopping online but always away in the daytime, the computershop always receive packages as our neighbor. They are always quite nice and gentle, never complaining about that. Writing this review just to support that guy!!
S	Sharnish Ks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my laptop (which was 1 year old) for repair. They informed me that the IO board was burnt and they were not able to get a new IO board from any dealer. So it can not be repaired. I got my laptop back. When I was looking at the parts which were dismantled IO board after coming back home there wrre no burn marks any where. When I looked closely I noticed that they broke the IO board cable while dismantling and lied to me that the IO board was burnt. I also asked my friend who is working at other computer shop he confirmed the same. Because of their mistake I had to pay more money now.. Totally disappointed with their work and service. One of the worst computer service shop I have ever visited.

Editing- I am not bothered of the reply but just for the sake of future customers. They didnt have the specific part i needed and also the one they offered was priced pretty higher than what was offered online. Also i am a computer engineer myself so have installed windows multiple times.. haha.. I didnt have a satisfying experience is all i am saying and found them pretty overpriced.
M	Max Sterry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful, had a computer shipped to me that was missing a bunch of motherboard screws. The people came out with a bucket of screws and helped me find a set, even pulled out a case from the back to make sure they fit the standoffs on a case. Great service, will likely be back in the future.
