★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay far away from this app excuse of a retail company. Crocs brand is getting worse due to the poor customer service by staff and the delivery process. I get my parcels from China faster than i do from Crocs which is based in Netherlands. Those Deutch people are probably getting high off their face from the legal marijuana and cannot function even through delivery process. A robot or a pet hamster can do a better than those useless humans. Do not order from Crocs, their 3rd party sellers do a better job.
