Uiteindelijk overstap gemaakt naar CrossFit Zwijndrecht en dit is, voor wat betreft sport, de beste keus die ik ooit heb kunnen maken. Daar waar andere CrossFit boxen stoppen, daar gaat Lonny van CrossFit Zwijndrecht verder! Zelden een coach gezien zo vol passie, toewijding en overgave als Lonny. Zijn kennis rijkt vele malen verder dan die van de gemiddeld CrossFit coach. Zo weet hij o.a. ook onwijs veel over biomechanica en voeding en heeft tevens een adviserende rol, zowel fysiek als mentaal. Zijn lessen zijn altijd gevarieerd en uitdagend en door de vele events die hij organiseert voor zowel zijn box als daarbuiten, komt hij vaak verrassend uit de hoek. Maak je borst maar nat want CrossFit Zwijndrecht maakt echt het beest in je los!
In the past we messed up with another “official CrossFit affiliate box” in the region. Finally switched to CrossFit Zwijndrecht and this is, in terms of sport, the best choice I have ever made. Where other CrossFit boxes stop, Lonny from CrossFit Zwijndrecht continues! Rarely seen a coach as full of passion, dedication and dedication as Lonny. His knowledge extends many times beyond that of the average CrossFit coach. He also knows a lot about biomechanics and nutrition and also has an advisory role, both physically and mentally. His lessons are always varied and challenging and because of the many events he organizes for both his box and beyond, he often comes out surprising. Wet your chest because CrossFit Zwijndrecht really releases the beast in you!
