We especially appreciated that the local guides met us at each city (where they have office), and gave us tips. Excellent service and would highly recommend them!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst agency I have ever done business with. I rented a car, I could not traveled and now that I am requested my refund , they do not even answer the phone or the emails . Poor business, poor service, poor quality . I wish I could give it 0 star . My trip was booked for June 2020. I am trying to contact them since May or earlier an they do not ANSWER. I will go further with this issue. My advice, do not use this agency

Floor, the local agent at Trinidad, went way out of her way to help me with delayed luggage that Iberia at Havana seemed incapable and even unwilling to forward. She did so for 3 consecutive days and finally managed to speed up the process that got my suitcase delivered to a place more than 800km from its initial destination.
Needless to say that I had to admire her threshold of frustration when dealing with systemic failures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no hesitation in recommending Cuba travel to anyone thinking of travelling to Cuba.
Amanda was our main contact. She listened carefully to our ideas and gave us excellent advice when devising our itinerary. Needless to say it was totally bespoke according to our wishes. She kept in contact over the months of planning and we had regular phone calls and updates to make the most of our time on the island. She was also very aware of our budget and stuck to it.
When we arrived at Havana airport we were met by the VIP travel co-ordinator who guided us smoothly through the red tape.
This attention to detail continued throughout the tour. Every transfer was on time and drivers were polite.
All our tours were guided by expert, friendly guides who were flexible with the time and enabled us to get the most from our excursions. The hotels in which we stayed were always well appointed and clean. We were given excellent advice on where to eat in Havana and as a result ate some fantastic food here.
Our itinerary included 4 days in Havana, 1 day in Las Terrasas, 1 day in Viñales, 2 days at Cayo Lavisa, 1 day in Cienfuegos, 2 in Trinidad and 3 in the Royalton in Varadero where we enjoyed a well earned rest!!
If you are considering travelling to this fascinating country I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Cuba will live long in our hearts as a result of your efforts .

Special thank goes to our guide to Mario, was so enthusiastic but free from any intrusion. Highly recommended ?
Maybe just one remark on the tourist visa to Cuba, especially for those coming from EU. It is necessary to manage by the Travel agency in advance or at least send a notice.
