D	Daniel Aboo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made a viewing appointment with DC wonen. They told me to come on Monday at 17:00. I've went there, had to travel across the whole city of Groningen, and when I arrived nobody showed up! Ive called them on the phone, but nobody picked it up. As I'm very busy, Ive had to leave because nothing indicated that the viewing would happen at the end. There haven't been any communication from their side, and I feel completely disappointed. It was a complete waste of my time. I do not recommend DC Wonen to anyone, unless they will change their approach to customers. In response to DC Wonen: Its not that I have so much time that I can wait outside without knowing what to do. Ive seen the form and was waiting there, but first of all when we arrived, we've seen that the construction is being done and there is no way of finding out whether we have to wait longer or not. Nothing even indicated that the viewing will even take place. No one was going down and we called like 5 times to the phone number you provided and nobody answered. My frustration here is fully understandable in my opinion.

Their communication during the process could be improved by updating their clients more during the whole process. Would recommend!

I had a lot of questions about the contract but whenever I call them they explain it in a an easy way. besides, people who work there are very nice and friendly. I think they are one of the best state agencies in the Groningen. their website is free of charge and you can arrange a viewing without any fees.

They respond fast, they are clear about the renting procedure, and if you still have questions they always care to answer them. In addition, no unexpected extra costs need to be paid, strictly the amount which you are told in the beginning. Can only suggest them to everyone!

C	Claudia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly employees; had to insist to have issues in the house being repaired; unwillingness to solve promptly or at all certain issues I have lived in a studio rented by them for over one year, in all this time we had a plethora of issues either with the substantially poor maintenance of the building by the agency or with the agency unwillingness to actually do something in this regard. •sewage system was blocked when we arrived. Not only have we been blamed and told that we would have to pay for its reparation, but we also had to wait several weeks until it was solved – it proved out to be the main pipe that was blocked, as several tenant had the same issue. They haven’t even apologised for blaming us. •raining through the walls – several times when it rained outside it also leaked inside (once even on the table next to my laptop). Leaked not only through the frame of the windows/ balcony door which also happened several times and they still haven't done anything about to this day. They have said that they will fix the exterior walls from outside, never did. They covered the hole from inside. I believe an unattended water infiltration in the walls of a building could even lead to the endangerment of the building (a monument) and potentially of the people living inside it •black mould covering one of the windows (couldn’t be cleaned because it was always humid) – we asked them to change it, but always found excuses •requested substantial cleaning costs – in the time I have lived there no one person cleaned the common area, and it was as dirty when I left as when I arrived there.
