Ik heb een week of 3 een review geschreven en niet tot mijn verbazing heb ik nog steeds niks gehoord.
Nou nog een keer dan.....
Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn plafond strip die ik 13 februari heb besteld, geen telefoon en geen email tot nu toe ontvangen. Meerdere keren gebeld maar werd steeds afgewimpeld onder de mom van "de kleur dat U besteld heb is moeilijk te krijgen"
Het is maar goed dat ik geen compleet plafond heb besteld anders had ik echt een probleem gehad.
Nee .... voor mij zal ik hier niet meer terugkomen

I wrote a review for about 3 weeks and not to my surprise I still haven't heard anything.
Well one more time .....
I am still waiting for my ceiling strip that I ordered on February 13, no phone and no email received so far. Called several times but was always dismissed under the guise of "the color that you ordered is hard to get"
It is a good thing that I did not order a complete ceiling, otherwise I would have had a real problem.
No .... for me I will not come back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niels is ontzettend behulpzaam, vriendelijk en heel snel in het mailcontact. Hierdoor konden we snel schakelen. Hij luisterde heel goed naar onze wensen en kwam zelf met praktische en creatieve oplossingen. Dankjewel Niels!
Niels is incredibly helpful, friendly and very quick in email contact. This allowed us to switch quickly. He listened very carefully to our wishes and came up with practical and creative solutions himself. Thank you Niels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De kasten die ze leveren zijn echt schitterend en het vakmanschap van degenen die hem bouwen is ook niks mis mee maar het nakomen van afspraken is werkelijk dramatisch. Meerdere keren voor niks zitten wachten, op het allerlaatste moment afbellen of helemaal niet bellen.......om gek van te worden. Heeft me drie extra verlofdagen gekost en nog is niet alles in orde.....wacht sinds 13 oktober op een ladefrontje en een schoenenrek
The cabinets they deliver are really beautiful and the craftsmanship of those who build it is nothing wrong with that, but keeping agreements is really dramatic. Waiting several times for nothing, calling at the last minute or not calling at all ... to drive you crazy. Has cost me three extra days of leave and not everything is in order yet ..... since October 13, waiting for a drawer front and a shoe rack

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hebben in de afgelopen jaren voor duizenden euro’s aan kasten besteld bij de Graaf. In de meeste gevallen hadden we zelf de maten opgenomen en alles zelf in elkaar gezet. Dat kon omdat er goede communicatie was en ze begrepen wat we wilden.
Alleen een paar maanden geleden wilden we op dezelfde wijze materialen bestellen voor lage kastjes annex bureau. Offerte gemaakt, wat kleine wijzigingen telefonisch doorgebeld tot 2x toe, aan Niels en een vrouwelijke collega. Aangepaste offerte zou volgen, maar niks niks niks.
Uiteindelijk kregen we als antwoord we gaan niet in op uw voorstel (hoezo??? Het was helemaal geen voorstel maar een al bestaande offerte) en we geven de opdracht terug. Reden: ze wilden geen risico lopen met de maat en ze hadden het te druk.
Tjonge, jonge, medewerkers van De Graaf wat kunnen jullie mensen teleurstellen.
O, eigenlijk wilden we met 1 ster waarderen, maar die 2e ster hebben jullie te danken aan de voorgaande kasten.
In recent years, we have ordered thousands of euros worth of cabinets from de Graaf. In most cases we had taken the measurements ourselves and put everything together ourselves. That was possible because there was good communication and they understood what we wanted.
Only a few months ago we wanted to order materials for low cabinets and desks in the same way. Quotation made, some minor changes phoned up to 2x, to Niels and a female colleague. Custom quote would follow, but nothing nothing nothing.
In the end we received the answer that we will not accept your proposal (why??? It was not a proposal at all, but an already existing quotation) and we return the order. Reason: They didn't want to risk the size and they were too busy.
Boy, young employees of De Graaf, how can you disappoint people.
Oh, actually we wanted to rate with 1 star, but you owe that 2nd star to the previous cabinets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well built, excellent built-in wardrobes (we ordered two), delivered on time, very good communication (email and phone) and sound professional advice. We made the decision in the showroom, but material we chose was not available afterwards. They called later, suggested a better material at the same price, brought a sample over to our place to check and verify the measurements. Final installation took 2 days and was done professionally. 5 months later we are yet to find an issue with either cast
