One day later we went back to ask if it was possible to change one of the bikes for another with brakes in the handle and they were ok with the change and everything turned out incredibly well. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Especially if you are not local or dutch, I would say that they are not polite or very welcoming. I asked an estimated cost for my bike and the worker of the store on that day started to disceditate everything of my bike. Indeed, I am sure and I have heard it from other customers that the store tend to fix everything possible just to increase the expense. NB: without asking in advance. Eventually I did not accept their proposal and I fixed my bike somewhere else. Although, I have bought a bike fender. Again, very very unfriendly customer service. The piece was not really good. It was barely okay, qualitatively. They almost made me pay under the table and the piece didn't seem to be new and untouched. The PRICE MARK UP are pretty high in my opinion. I say this with proofs, I have been at other competitors' store in Breda.

At one point the chain needed to be tightened (which involves moving the wheel back), because it kept falling off. Charged me €15,- for this. One day later the wheel was wobbling and hitting the bike lock, couldn't even cycle anymore. Went back to the shop, the man told me the wheel needed to be replaced, because there were spokes missing, which meant that it had no structural integrity, making the 'repair' his colleague carried out yesterday obsolete. Refused to give me a €15,- discount on a new wheel. Walked out and into the nearest bike shop, where they were kind enough to give me a €10,- discount because of my experience at de Klein. This is not a professional shop, don't get burned like I did.
