About De Lindehof
Kennis is macht. Leren en het uitzoeken van het onbekende doe ik al zolang ik me kan herinneren. Om bij te blijven op het gebied van IT is leren een dagelijkse bezigheid.
Door interesse en zelfstudie ben ik steeds beter geworden in network engineering. Om mij heen werd er steeds vaker naar advies gevraagd en heb ik uiteindelijk besloten van mijn passie een bedrijf te maken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelin-star Food truck experience during Covid Lockdown: we just finished enjoying a pair of Rotis we picked up at the Lindenhof Foodtruck. 2-star worthy: subtle flavours of a chef, AND the traditional tast of a Roti - wat a craftsmanship. I admire Chef Soenil's bravery to pull this off (the brilliant idea of the food truck, while maintaining the 2-star sensation, defying (undoubtedly harsh) critics of all shapes and forms. Courageous top performance, tremendously appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number 5 in Lekker, 2 Michelin stars and chef of the year. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands. What I really liked about it is the fact that the cuisine is so different from all the restaurants you know. It's Asian, Surinamese, perhaps some French, but most of all, it's Soenil Bahadoer. The night we were here, the chef was also present to greet all the guests. It was a long drive from Amsterdam, but totally worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly unique restaurant in the Netherlands. Not a lot of Surinam inspired fine dining restaurants exist here. A 2 Michelin star restaurant serving this cuisine is unique. Exceptional dishes, some of them are even spicy! Not the annoying burning mouth type of spicy, but the enjoyable type. Definitely one of my favorites in the Netherlands and looking forward to going back sometime in the future.
