★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to have an event (party, meeting, dinner, symposium or whatever). An old sugar factory more or less converted into a venue where there is food, tables, presentation facilities, music and more. The atmosphere is down to earth factory. Downside is the temperature (I was there in winter), and the terrain in front of the building.
