5 Nature-Oriented Principles & My Work
The Ilan Lev Method is a therapy based on touch in which we use movement and sound as our tools to communicate with the vibrational energy inside us.
The method follows the 5 nature-oriented principles and works on improving human capability, relieving aches, pains, and stress. It also helps improve functional difficulties and body-circulation.
Information is transferred through the nervous system directly into the sensory part of the brain beyond the cognitive aspect so that new openings and possibilities can be found and registered. This creates a deep learning process.
The Ilan Lev Method works with a strong connection between body and mind. Our unresolved emotional history is strongly correlated with blockages in the physical body. Therefore the method doesn't only treat motor dysfunction and issues concerning physical disabilities but also works on a psychological dimension.

By using touch I send movement through the body, this allows me to see where energy in the body is blocked. I invite the blockages to exit the body so that our intelligent system can fully use its healing ability again. In a session, we meet habitual patterns that are not functional; both in the physical and mental layers. Merely through awareness, often a shift already occurs. The communication with the physical patterns happens by touch and movement. During this communication, realizations on a mental level often occur which form the beginning of a change in these patterns.
The method is intuitive and playful in nature. We don’t come with the knowledge of what is supposed to happen but we ask questions and facilitate an environment in which the answers can come. It has the potential to take anyone from there current situation to a whole new level of being.

I always felt completely safe and seen by her, and she facilitates for whatever needs to come out to come out. I also gained much more awareness of my body through our sessions.
Highly recommend! Especially for those who have an active mind - I find that Ilan Lev method really helps to trick/surprise my mind and to let go of control.
