β β β β β We have recently purchased a Larry vs Harry e-Bullit for our family as a new way of transport. We are really pleased with the practicality, performance and looks of our new cargo bike. Itβs everything we ever hoped for and more.
Due to where we live in the South West of France we required some assistance and general advise since they donβt sell these type of bikes anywhere near us. On contacting DrBeyk direct we were blown away by their customer service and the lengths they will go to, to ensure that their customers are completely satisfied. Responses have been prompt, when promised and beyond our expectations.
I would highly recommend DrBeyk to anyone looking for a new cargo/electric/commuter bike. Their customer service is as excellent as their selection of high quality products.

I needed to take the bike unassembled to take it with me on a flight they help me pack it up and even delivered it to me at the airport free of charge. Will be coming back for sure.

I went back two times so far to get some minor things fixed and he was always super helpful and the things were done super fast (within 2 hours). I am only going to this bike shop and highly recommend it!

When you spent such an amount for a bike, the complete customer experience not only during the process, but also after the delivery is the most important part because then the customer is really satisfied with his purchase. And this is exactly how we feel.
In the beginning I was researching where to order our UA but after a call to DrBeyk, all questions were answered with high competence and professionalism and I felt comfortable to place the order. Few weeks later the bike was delivered and when I had some other questions, always I got quick and prompt replies.
I definitely recommend DrBeyk for everyone looking for personal, professional and quick service!!! Keep up the good work!

β β β β β I think this is the best bike store in Amsterdam, specifically for Urban Arrow bikes! The service and their responsiveness is just great. Our urban arrow was stolen and the dealer we got the bike originally from was not helpful at all. We dialed around other bikes stores to find a store which could deliver these extremely popular bikes fast as replacement. Most of them did not want to help out and said that the delivery time of the urban arrows would be at least 8 weeks. But not DrBeyk. They were very responsive and wanted to help us. They were able to secure us a new urban arrow and deliver it to us on the same day! Would highly recommend them.
