J	Joey F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questionable quality of meat/ingredients used in the meatball- tasted like fat and gristle. My first and last visit to Dungelmann's, after one bite I regretted making the purchase.
F	Frank Wils on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dungelmann is a butcher-family in business since 1861 and carries the 'hofleverancier' sign, meaning they are a provider for the royal family. This small outlet serves baguettes, panini's, ciabatta's and more with, of course, lots of meat choices. All to-go. The bread gets a good portion of meat on it. The ham and meatballs are highly recommended! Some vegetarian options also. Good prices, good quality!
S	Sun Dok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Empire of Dungelmann has many franchises. There's a shoestore and quality butcher. This small take away shop focusses on sandwiches and snacks. Their croquettes are already famous in The Hague city, but their meatballs are also a dutch delicacy. Besides that this little shop boast a wide variety of sandwiches. Nowadays there are many shops selling sandwiches and panini's, but Dungelmann does it right. The foundation is the bread , and the "pistolets" sold here are good: crispy crust and light and fluffy inside. Many shops sell rolls of lesser quality. I had the sandwich with roastbeef and truffle mayonaise. The roastbeef was succulent, and the truffle mayo accompanied very well with the tender meat. Organisation behind the counter could be better, regarding tidyness and hygiene. I saw a slab of roast beef lying on the counter, unrefrigirated. Altough they went trough it fast because they sell so fast, this is not good. During rush hour like lunchtime it can be a little busy, but lucky no cue around the corner here. Actualy that roastbeef pistolet was the best I had in ages. I'll be back Dungelmann!

D	D. C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is famous in The Netherlands because it delivers food to the royal family. It’s similar to the Royal Warrant in the UK. Since I wasn’t too hungry I tried the kroket which basically looks like a thick crispy sausage but is filled with a mixture of minced meat and creamy mashed potato. I’ve had a few of these in NL already but I could taste that this one had been made fresh. The outside was nice and crispy and the inside soft and flavorful. Definitely recommend this place for a light snack on the go.
