 Great gym where I have enjoyed working out for years. Wide range of lessons, something for everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qua aanbod aan sportlessen een fijne sportschool, maar de klantenservice is belachelijk slecht. Wegens een verhuizing naar een andere woonplaats, wilde ik mijn abonnement stop zetten. Maar dit is niet mogelijk wanneer je verhuisd binnen een straal van 30 km. Dit staat nergens in de algemene voorwaarden en op de website vermeldt. Daarnaast heeft een van de werknemers mij verteld, bij het afsluiten van mijn abonnement, dat vroegtijdig opzeggen mogelijk is wanneer je verhuisd naar een andere gemeente. Ze hebben toen niet vermeld dat dit alleen geldt buiten een straal van 30 km. Nu zit ik vast aan een abonnement waar ik met moeite gebruik van kan maken.
In terms of range of sports lessons a nice gym, but customer service is ridiculously poor. Due to a move to a different place of residence, I wanted to cancel my subscription. But this is not possible when you move within a 30 km radius. This is not stated anywhere in the terms and conditions and on the website. In addition, one of the employees told me, when taking out my subscription, that early cancellation is possible when you move to another municipality. They did not state at the time that this only applies outside a 30 km radius. Now I am tied to a subscription that I can hardly use.

Best gym in Alkmaar and surroundings. Large fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and a wide range of group lessons.

Altijd naar mijn zin gehad. Nu een conflict met ze over betaling abonnement. Volgens het consumentenrecht mag ik opzeggen maar ze houden me nog maanden aan betaling. Mensen let op!! Ze zijn geen lid van een geschillencommissie en als je probeert te reclameren kan dat alleen per mail. Ze geven een keer repliek en vervolgens geven ze niet meer thuis. Vooral Als je ze confronteert met hun eigen algemene voorwaarden WAT EEN AFKNAPPER!!
Ook wat op de sleutel staat aan geld willen ze niet terugbetalen Dat heeft u zelf ondertekend zeggen ze Er staat echter niets daarover in mijn contract

Always had my way. Now a conflict with them about payment subscription. According to consumer law I can cancel but they still keep me in payment for months. People beware!! They are not members of a disputes committee and if you try to complain, you can only do so by email. They reply once and then they don't give back. Especially when you confront them with their own terms and conditions WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!
They also do not want to repay the money that is on the key You have signed it yourself They say there is nothing about it in my contract

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was een beetje allergies voor sportscholen geworden, dus heel lang niet naar een sportschool geweest.
Maar deze winter wilde ik het weer eens proberen. Mijn wensen zijn groepslessen, zwemmen, sauna en loopband. Eigenlijk hier alles gevonden wat ik zocht, de mensen zijn super aardig, zeer professioneel, muziek niet te hard, zodat je je eigen meziek goed kan horen, de hygiëne is goed en voor ieder is er wel wat te vinden.
Voldoende parkeergelegenheid mocht je met de auto willen.
Ik raad het ook mijn vrienden, ga zo door.

I had become a bit allergic to gyms, so I hadn't been to a gym in a very long time.
But this winter I wanted to try it again. My wishes are group lessons, swimming, sauna and treadmill. Actually found everything I was looking for here, the people are super nice, very professional, music not too loud, so you can hear your own music well, hygiene is good and there is something for everyone.
Plenty of parking if you want to come by car.
I also recommend it my friends, keep it up.

Do not sign anything.
