β β β β β EBS zecht een "ambitieus snelgroeiend Nederlands openbaar vervoerbedrijf te zijn waarbij de reiziger en kwaliteit voorop staan" naar mijn mening is hier nog niets van terecht gekomen. Meest slechte openbaar vervoers bedrijf dat ik ken. "Onze chauffeur is het visitekaartje op de bus" zeggen ze, ik zou dat visitekaartje toch maar niet aan nemen wat een nare mensen zitten er tussen zeg achterlijk gewoon. Als je niet graag klantgericht werkt word dan ook geen buschauffeur ??ββοΈ "EBS biedt hoogwaardige dienstverlening met een hoge klanttevredenheid die als doelstelling en resultaat staan" wederom niets van waar. Er moet heel wat gebeuren met dit bedrijf want het is gewoon ronduit slecht.
EBS said it was "an ambitious fast-growing Dutch public transport company where the passenger and quality are paramount", in my opinion, none of this has ended up. Most bad public transportation company I know. "Our driver is the calling card on the bus," they say, I wouldn't accept that calling card, what nasty people are in between, just say retarded. If you do not like to work in a customer-oriented manner, then do not become a bus driver ??ββοΈ "EBS offers high-quality services with high customer satisfaction that are the objective and result" again, nothing from where. A lot has to be done with this company because it is simply bad.

β β β β β Am liebsten wΓΌrde ich 0 Sterne β geben. Die meisten Busfahrer??ββοΈ halten nur an, wenn man sie aggressiv? heranwinkt und selbst das ist nicht immer ausreichend. Davon abgesehen fΓ€hrt der Bus? mit der Nummer 315 3οΈβ£1οΈβ£5οΈβ£ zwei verschiedene Routen?, was aber nirgendwo ersichtlich ist. Das hat uns eine Stunde? und viele Nerven? gekostet. EnttΓ€uschend.?
I would like to give 0 stars β. Most bus drivers only stop if you wave them aggressively, and even that is not always enough. Apart from that, the bus? with the number 315 3οΈβ£1οΈβ£5οΈβ£ takes two different routes?, but this is nowhere to be seen. That cost us an hour and a lot of nerves. Disappointing

β β β β β Bus chauffeur dreigt om de laatste rit naar huis niet af te maken! Tot je thuis bent zit je in onzekerheid of je die avond wel thuis kunt komen.
Een hele onveilige situatie als je als enige klant nog in de bus zit.
Bus driver threatens not to finish last ride home! Until you get home you are unsure whether you can come home that evening.
A very unsafe situation if you are the only customer on the bus.

I was waiting for the bus from school today. I hold out my hand neatly for the bus home and what does the bus do? just drive past me. very strange

β β β β β I may not know much of the language, but I didn't appreciate being called "domme" to my face when I queried the fare I was being charged from Duinrell to Den Haag yesterday. Rude, impatient driver.

β β β β β This company has 3 diferent prices for the same trip in the same time . Button line , the OV chip card charges you 30% more then the day ticket ! That is an absurd . I m trying contact with them , to try understand how come , and no answer .

β β β β β We have travelled today from monnickedan to Amsterdam by bus. Line 315. The driver at 7:00 in the morning couldn't sell the tickets in the bus. No problem he invited us to get the bus without paying. Returning, on the other side , was a mess. The lady in the desk said to us some boys in the platform would sell us the tickets. The boys (in red jackets) in the platform said the driver would do it. The driver again said the boys should do it . We were in the middle of the members of your company and nobody wanted to sell us the dammed tickets.
My suggestion: Make clear among your staff who have to do which task because tourists don't like to be treated like this.

β β β β β Went to GVB service point inside Centraal Station to buy an year subscription with GVB, an they sign me up for EBS without letting me know. Now, when i want to cancel my subscription, i was impressed to find out I canβt cancel with GVB website because itβs not a GVB account. I went to the EBS website, and surprisingly - I cannot cancel through the website (also no English whatsoever).
So I decided to come back yesterday to the same GVB service point i made the purchase so i can cancel it. I mean, this way it should work, 100% - mmmm, NO! The guy told he cannot do it for me, then he gave me the EBS number and told me that I should call and give them my OV-chip nr and they will cancel! The reason he cannot do it, because he has no/cannot access to the account including the bank number (itβs not like i didnβt fill any of this information last time i was here - oh wait - I DID!)
Thatβs not it! Well I go home and call EBS thinking that i will give them my OV-chip card number and finally it will be over! Well... the lady on the phone told me that she cannot do it for me, despite what the guy from the GVB service point told me yesterday (at this point Iβm not surprised at all) and the only way i can cancel is to SEND A LETTER through post (which i will probably have to pay for it) and write all my personal information including bank account number (which i am not ok at all doing it through post) and send it and my subscription will be canceled within 3 WEEKS!
So, itβs 2021, where internet, phones and service centers exist, but i have to write a letter and wait 3 weeks!
Iβm completely dissatisfied and disappointed that no one from GVB or EBS is willing to help me, and whole process of just canceling a subscription is such a struggle and time consuming!
So if this GVB service point is allowed to make subscriptions on behalf of EBS then they should be able to handle this matters as well!
