★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onprofessionele instantie. Men stuurt rekeningen door zonder toelichting en kan ook geen inzicht geven in het verbruik. Op email of telefoon geeft energie controle geen gehoor aan. Enige manier om reactie is via geschillencommissie of klacht bij ACM.
Very unprofessional body. Bills are forwarded without explanation and cannot provide insight into consumption. Energy check does not indicate a response on email or telephone. The only way to respond is via the disputes committee or complaint to ACM.

Slechte service, onduidelijke tarieven. Wil je switchen? Onmogelijk doordat ze het netwerk niet conform richtlijnen hebben aangelegd moet je duizenden euros kosten maken om toegang te krijgen tot het openbare net! Oftewel stuck with these suckers! Zie je hun naam, ren dan weg!
