★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Therapeuten/begeleidsters konden mij niet uitleggen wat we aan het doen waren en waarom. Regelmatig was iemand al binnen 10 minuten weg, maar bracht een uur (ruim 42 euro!) in rekening. Niks bereikt.
 Therapists / counselors could not explain to me what we were doing and why. Someone was regularly gone within 10 minutes, but charged an hour (over 42 euros!). Nothing achieved.
