★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etan premium gold deed jammergenoeg niet ad verwachtingen. Sprong slechter onze decatlontrampoline. Profesioneel management, ze hebben verschillende keren geprobeerd om een nieuwe mat te sturen. Echter was het resultaat niet bevredigend. Dan maar een Berg Airflow aangekocht, deze springt er met kop en schouders bovenuit, springt super. Jammer, misschien heb ik pech gehad.
 Etan premium gold didn't do ad expectations. Jump our decathlon trampoline worse. Professional management, they have tried several times to send a new mat. However, the result was not satisfactory. Then I bought a Berg Airflow, it stands out head and shoulders, jumps super. Too bad, maybe I had bad luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een tijd terug een Etan premium inground trampoline gekocht. Helaas was de afwerking niet zoals verwacht, maar door hun super service is het erg netjes opgelost.
Ze zijn wat duurder dan andere trampolines, maar belooft zoveel meer kwaliteit.
Some time ago I bought an Etan premium inground trampoline. Unfortunately the finish was not as expected, but due to their super service it was solved very nicely.
They are a bit more expensive than other trampolines, but promise so much more quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch contact gehad over de aankoop van een rechthoekige trampoline. Overal uitverkocht maar Etan kon uit voorraad leveren. Goed geholpen, snelle levering en top trampoline!
Had telephone contact about the purchase of a rectangular trampoline. Sold out everywhere but Etan was able to deliver from stock. Good help, fast delivery and great trampoline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 2 maand al een klein gaatje in de trampoline. Kinderen alleen met sokken aan op de trampoline gesprongen. Etan wil niet meedenken in oplossingen. Wijst alle claims af.
Update: Pas na deze review is het tot een oplossing gekomen. Jammer dat je eerst de boel op zijn kop moet zetten en reviews moet achterlaten om tot een oplossing te komen. Heb nu een reparatieset ontvangen van Etan waarmee het voor mij opgelost is. Klantenservice is nog wel iets waar ze aan moeten werken bij Etan.
After 2 months already a small hole in the trampoline. Children only jumped on the trampoline with socks on. Etan does not want to participate in solutions. Dismiss all claims.
Update: Only after this review has it come to a solution. Too bad you have to turn things upside down and leave reviews to find a solution. Have now received a repair kit from Etan that solved it for me. Customer service is still something they need to work on at Etan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kregen telefonisch te horen dat we een afspraak konden maken om de showroom te bezoeken. Vriendelijk geholpen en een groot assortiment beschikbaar zodat je echt de verschillen tussen de modellen kan voelen. Trampoline konden we gelijk meenemen!
We were told by phone that we could make an appointment to visit the showroom. Friendly help and a wide range available so that you can really feel the differences between the models. We could take a trampoline right away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe das Etan Hi-Flyer für meine Tochter zum Geburtstag gekauft, leider ist dieses Trampolin so laut das es kaum zum aushalten ist! Der Rand knallt beim hüpfen jedes Mal aufs Netz und das hört sich so an als würde jemand einen Teppich ausklopfen! Nie wieder!
I bought the Etan Hi-Flyer for my daughter's birthday, unfortunately this trampoline is so loud that it is almost unbearable! The edge slams onto the net every time you jump and that sounds like someone is knocking out a carpet! Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trampoline gekocht in Bladel (verkooppunt van boxtel) in zomer 2019. In zomer 2020 rand kapot (nagenoeg alle naden stuk) en gaatje in het doek. In afstemming met verkoop punt mochten de rand en doek terug naar Boxtel voor reparatie, het betrof immers garantie.
Spullen weggebracht en na 4 weken van uitblijven van reactie zelf contact opgenomen.
Blijkt eerst dat niets vindbaar is. Na 4 keer teruggebeld worden hebben ze de rand en doek gevonden. Ze kunnen t niet repareren en willen geen garantie geven, ondanks dat de aanschaf iets meer dan 1 jaar geleden is geweest. Nu mag ik terug naar Bladel die zelf contacy op gaan nemen met Boxtel. Let op kopers, slechte service en contact, geen klantgerichte organisatie!!
Trampoline bought in Bladel (boxtel point of sale) in summer 2019. In summer 2020, edge broken (almost all seams broken) and hole in the canvas. In coordination with the point of sale, the edge and cloth were allowed to return to Boxtel for repair, as this concerned a warranty.
Brought stuff away and contacted myself after 4 weeks of no response.
First appears that nothing can be found. After being called back 4 times, they have found the edge and cloth. They cannot repair and do not want to give a warranty, even though the purchase was a little over 1 year ago. Now I can go back to Bladel who will take up contact with Boxtel himself. Pay attention to buyers, poor service and contact, not a customer-oriented organization !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service! Onze pakketjes zijn kwijtgeraakt, waar Etan niks aan kon doen. Maar toch hebben zij naar een oplossing gezocht en zijn ze dezelfde dag onze bestelling persoonlijk komen afleveren.
Super service! Our packages have been lost, which Etan could not help. Yet they have searched for a solution and they have personally delivered our order the same day.
