★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette winkel...de acties zijn redelijk aanwezig..maar als ze op zijn kan je altijd navraag doen bij het personeel en ze kunnen een bon voor je schrijven zodat je het product later voor de actieprijs kan halen dat vind ik goede service
Neat shop ... the promotions are reasonably available ... but when they are finished you can always inquire with the staff and they can write a receipt for you so that you can get the product for the promotional price later, I think that is good service

Waar er vanuit de "klantenservice" van Etos.nl heel star werd gedaan over een actie waarbij je een product er gratis bij kreeg (en die al na 1 dag op bleek te zijn), hielp men mij vanuit de winkel wèl! Daar kan de klantenservice van Etos.nl nog heel wat van leren. Team Nieuwegein: jullie hebben mijn dag weer helemaal goed gemaakt.
Pleasant experience when it comes to customer focus with Etos Nieuwegein. Where the "customer service" of Etos.nl was very rigid about a promotion where you got a product for free (and it turned out to be gone after 1 day), they helped me from the store! Etos.nl customer service can learn a lot from this. Team Nieuwegein: you have completely made my day.
