β β β β β Sometimes the delivery is right on time, sometimes you have to go pickup the parcel yourself because they say that they have been at your house twice but the doorbell never rang.

β β β β β Seriously mismanaged delivery company which does not phone the customer or leave a card. I was told that all the drivers do not carry cards., and are not expected to phone customer. Therefore, drivers do not bother to turn up at all.

β β β β β Picked up a package at the TNT depot. Friendly staff. We had to wait appropriately 45 minutes before someone was available to assist us. I'd like recommend a coffee machine.

β β β β β Absolutely disastrous service. No communication between the office and the drivers, who repeatedly missed our appointments and let me wait TWO ENTIRE DAYS at home without delivering. It's been now 10 days and I'm still waiting. This is not a business, it's a joke. With a service quality this abysmal one must wonder how it's even possible for these clowns to be still operating. I hope they shut down very soon and make space to actual professionals who know how to deliver a package from point A to B... seems pretty simple, but for TNT is an impossible task. Don't waste your time and money here, trust DHL, GLS and DPD instead, or I guarantee that you will regret it.

β β β β β The most horrible delivery service I EVER had to deal with. I had issues with DHL and DPD, but TNT is absolutely the worst courier service. They 1) don't inform you about the delivery time and ask you to wait at home from 8 till 5 (!!!); 2) if you don't open the door, they don't call you and simply re-schedule your delivery WITHOUT ANY ATTEMPTS to reach you OR your neighbours. The man who's responsible for re-scheduling deliveries on the phone is absolutely rude and not helpful. I will never use TNT for any of my personal shippings and feel very frustrated that I had to deal with them as a courier for my commercial order.
