Avoid this accountants. I seriously wish somebody had given me this advice. I am a self employed freelancer. I have processed my accounts for 8 years, Ive never had so many problems. I was sent incredibly rude emails repeatedly and had emails ignored alarmingly regularly. I needed to ask questions about the state of my accounts, and they refused to answer my questions. On occasions where they did answer emails, on occasions where they werent rude and did respond to questions, they kept telling me to look at some section of their website rather than simply answer the questions. The sections of the website never had the answers either. Working with them cost me money and they wasted a lot of my time. Interestingly, they are extremely efficient suddenly when it comes to billing me for this service. There are many other accountants and after the horrible experience that I had I would really recommend looking elsewhere

I had the pleasure to work with Finsens Makelaardij for the selling of my apartment. Before choosing the real estate agency, I have met 3 of them to compare their service level, professionalism, communication and their fee. For the first appointment, Vincent and Kay came to my house to have a close look at the house, give me tips to improve the layout and make their best estimation. They have been very professionnal, detailed and transparent, mentioning all the "areas of improvement" to make sure that the house will be at its best for the viewings. As well, they have been able to explain me all the steps to follow until the house is sold and highlighted that they will take care of the full process with limited actions on my side. They gave me such a good impression that I have decided to trust them for the selling of my apartment. As soon as the contract was signed, I had the pleasure to work with Kay on the selling but not only ! Their team is also composed of two lovely ladies who are Piroska and Pien. They have been able to answer to all my questions and were very reactive to organise the appointments with the photographer and for the viewings. The communication with both of them was amazing, I had the impression to be their unique client ! You can see that they are adapting their way of communication depending on the clients and will make their best to personalise the relationship. By the way, their photographer has done a great job and was also very nice. When the appartment was published on Funda and other websites, 12 viewings have been scheduled straight after. Kay was updating me on each of them and was sharing the feedback he received from the potential buyers. He was also making himself available during the weekend if I had any doubt or questions, so much appreciated. Four days later, I received few offers which were exceeding my expectations. Kay and Pien have been able to advice me on each offer and were keeping a close contact with me on WhatsApp which is very convenient when you are at work ! After accepting one of the offer, everything continued to be smooth, from taking the first appointment with the notary until the final signature. They have organised everything and took care of all the administrative part. My only dutie was to read my emails and accept the appointment proposals, so easy ! I can only recommend Finsens Makelaardij to anyone who would like to be assisted by such a professional team for the selling of their house/apartment. They are very helpful, they know what they are talking about and will make sure that you feel comfortable at any stage of the process. Finsens Makelaardij have helped me on my house hunt in Amsterdam (and surroundings) during the last couple of months and I am really happy with the service. During the search phase I worked with both Piroska and Vincent and both were very accessible and always felt they had our best interests in mind when evaluating the houses. Communication and scheduling visits was easy. Piroska then supported us on the purchase process (bidding, inspections, deed signing and post-sale assistance) and here the service was as good as you can expect. Piroska went through all the documents, permits (even calling the gemeente for additional info) on our behalf to make sure that everything was alright. For us, non Dutch speakers, this assistance was extremely helpful.
