β β β β β Garmin service point was undergoing migration of their internal systems, which was causing some misunderstandings during the warranty process. However this was solved promptly in two days, I would like to thanks Colin from customer support for his professional approach.

β β β β β My Vivosport watch was not working properly anymore, so I asked by e-mail for advise and help from the Garmin team. The first attempt I did was not succesfull (I got no reply), but the second was. A friendly Bart asked some questions and concluded the watch needed to be checked. Did I want another watch to replace it, after I sent the Vivosport to them?
I could choose a Vivoactive 3, which I did, and since the arrival have been using with much pleasure. The Vivosport was already two years old, but they did not charge me anything for the new watch. It functions better and has more possibilities.

β β β β β I just ordered a new Fenix 6 watch from them. They emailed me the order confirmation and that the item shipped.... but no tracking information or expected delivery date. An expensive watch is out there somewhere.... No way to contact support. I tried Twitter and got a reply asking for my order number... but now crickets.

β β β β β A Garmnin product was not working as expected within a couple of months after i bought it.
Returned it to the customer service and i am now already waiting 3 months for a replacement.
No answer on mail, more then 30 minutes que for contact by phone with an annoying background music, and never get a proactvie update or status.
Very dissapointed.

β β β β β Garmin service is really bad. I have send my expensive watch back to them because it was broken. They told me Garmin will send a new one but it is now 3 months already without a watch! Not responding to emails, 30 minutes waiting time on the phone etc. Unfortunately I can not select 0 stars!

β β β β β It's clear by both the Google and TrustPilot ratings that there's a pattern of embarrassingly and shockingly bad practises in Garmin Nederland B.V.
Unfortunately I'm yet another a victim of returning a broken watch, paying more for the new, available model and 3 months later I still having a DPD tracking link stating that they have not received the product to send.
3 months of customer services saying 'I'll look into it' and never any answers.
