Na 2 dagen nog geen reactie op een e-mail.
Allereerst veel langzamere bezorging/levering dan concurrenten webshops. Meeste producten ook een stuk duurder dan de vele concurrenten. Dus kijk en vergelijk goed! Dan wordt je als jarenlange vaste, trouwe klanten behandeld zonder interesse en diepgang als een nummer. Aan telefoon wordt niet geluisterd. Krijgt verkeerde reacties en in plaats van een retour aanname maken ze een hele nieuwe order aan met betaalverplichting. Om moedeloos van te worden en absoluut geen aanrader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 Well where to start. Overall disappointing!
No response to an email after 2 days.
First of all, much slower delivery/delivery than competitor web shops. Most products are also a lot more expensive than many competitors. So look and compare carefully! Then you will be treated like a number as a number for years as regular, loyal customers. No listening on the phone. Gets wrong responses and instead of a return assumption they create a whole new order with payment obligation. To become despondent and absolutely not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes they have the supplements and if you play them without using KLARNA you will be OK. But Klarna is a dishonest company Who sent me a letter saying I did not pay high then call them and pointed out I did pay and my bank account resulted that the bill was settled. The lady then proceeded to tell me that they had refunded the money because they had some kind of system error but in fact it was not refunded. At that point they said they would send an email clarifying the situation. Now they want me to pay €25 more than the original bill for something I have already paid and which they refuse to acknowledge. In my book that makes them this dishonest thugs. So avoid shopping this company if you need to pay with Klarna
