R	Remy Note on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very 'standard' all you can eat Sushi & Grill restaurant. It's expensive and I'd personally like it, if the price and taste were more in line. Sushi was decent, some of the beef was chewy. The warmth of the hot dishes varies greatly. Ordering by tablet works fine as well. Service could be improved, cleanup and drinks is a bit slow compared to other places. A noteworthy thing is the dessert buffet with some basic choices.

The problem is with the ordering, a lot of stuff we ordered from the tablet came either after a very long time or didnt come at all. You’d better go to Asaka if you want all-you-can-eat sushi and grill

L	Lizzy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters were very friendly and guided us through the menu. They also came for questions. We sat on a table and to our left was a dead fly sticking on the window. That wasn't very appetizing. We ordered ramen, chicken and soup. The portions were so extremely little, we ordered spicy chicken for 2.50!; we got a single piece of very tiny chicken wing, with almost no meat on it. It looked pretty strange. The ramen portion also was very small. Only the ginger ale was okay for the price. For people who don't want to profit from the all you can eat service, we wouldn't recommend to eat here. We ourselves went to KFC after and were more satisfied.

We‘d booked a table and received a confirmation via mail but when we arrived at the confirmed time, the GINZA restaurant was still closed. As we called the restaurant staff, they reacted very rude and ignorant. They did not see their mistake. It was disappointing, having travelled from Germany to Enschede, to not being able to eat at the restaurant where we‘d planned to. Luckily, we found the Asaka Restaurant, where we had a lovely time!

S	Sara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant looked fancy but the service and the food was a bit disappointed. The rice was flooding for all of the sushi, maki and rolls and the steak was too tough and chewy to eat. Some of the waitresses were so nice but some of them were blunt.
