The product and the box are nice. Nevertheless I had an very bad experience with the customer service.
I moved and changed my address on the website. In addition to that I contacted them by email (3 emails) and by Instagram (1 dm). However, they didn't do anything. And the package was sent to my old address.
They asked me to go to my old address to get my package. I went there a few time and no one received it... the package disappear.
After a few emails, after been to the old place.... I am still looking for the package that I paid. They are not serious and customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers! Avoid at all cost. They lure you get the box and then they keep sending boxes that u never subscribed even after u unsubscribed and force you to pay. The jade roller broke when it arrived. Cheap stuff you get and lie about the value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like Alice Jip and Tom W, I can confirm that this company is a mess.
Keep sending boxes after canceling, keep charging and even dare to send debt collector.
Fun fact, they tell you that you have to keep the track and trace that you used to send the box back, otherwise they will not be able to find your returned box.
Strange though, because boxes give a return option them selves.
In other words, just like described below, they take your money and won't return it, and chase you with rude debt collectors.

In such dreary time this year, it really is a wonderful treat for myself. Their communication is always quick and very friendly. I love it!
