★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On time delivery, great choice, not bad prices (even with the exchange rate), and I got to make someone's day. I can't speak Dutch, though I can speak some shameful Afrikaans, and I could still navigate the site. This is a great service, and the recipient loved the card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to have something nice delivered for Mother's day, paying for express shipping, just to get the message (a week later) that the package will be delivered 1 ENTIRE MONTH later.
We're going to make sure Greetz loses a few more customers like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a huge bouquet for my moms b'day. Both my parents stayed home with their rottweiler, who will alarm when the doorbell rings.
They waited all sunday for the delivery but it never came.
Their neighbor saw the delivery man put a note in the mailbox, he did not even bother to ring the bell or to take the package out of the bus. Really really sad that this is how they handle a 60 euro order of fresh flowers. And then on top of that Greetz also send me an email telling me that maybe I should have informed the receiver... really???!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years of ordering with this company I was expecting a better customer service for a regular customer. The brownies I sent were supposed to be a mailbox delivery but instead I had to pay for standard delivery. After only being notified later on that the address was missing a house number addition, I had to pay the standard delivery fee twice without any consolation whatsoever. Never had this problem with Hallmark, I will order my presents with them from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought ordering a gift for my friend at this company will be a good idea! I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!
ORDERING WAS NOT DELIVERED (SAYING NO BODY IS AT HOME) AND WHEN YOU ASK GREETZ FOR HELP WITH THE DELIVERY PROBLEM. THEY CAN'T HELP YOU!
NEVER AGAIN I WILL ORDER AT THE COMPANY!!!! WHAT A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I order something, pay extra to get it deliver during working hours, get the notification that it was delivered and IT WAS NOT.
Last time I had to chase the delivery guys to get an answer of where was it supposedly delivered and they said "it was deliver to a woman with short dark hair" when there is NOBODY at my boyfriend's office with those characteristics.
They probably just dropped it wherever (if they didnt keep it to themselves) to get rid of it and mark it as delivered TWICE. Terrible service!!!!
