Very friendly and helpful owners, who are committed to service, very worthwhile. Price / quality ratio of articles is downright perfect. I can recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede service en vriendelijke mensen. Had het scherm van s7 laten repareren op de dag dat ik op vakantie ging. Het nieuwe scherm bleek niet goed te zijn. Deze werd na 7 weken vakantie zonder bon in de garantie vervangen voor weer een nieuwe die het prima doet.
Good service and friendly people. Had the s7 screen fixed the day I went on vacation. The new screen turned out not to be good. This was replaced after 7 weeks of vacation without a receipt in the warranty for a new one that works fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst customer service and help I have ever experienced in the city! Based on the positive reviews here (obviously the owners friends and family only) I expected a level friendliness and helpfulness that was nowhere to be found.
I came in to buy a prepaid mobile card. I was greeted with rudeness and complete disinterest. I went home, followed his instructions perfectly and it did not work. I return to the shop to get some help and he couldn't possibly have cared less, he took my code and put it into his phone to show me that it worked when all I asked him to do was explain to me again how to make it work. He told me my phone was the problem and to get out. When I pointed out that he had just taken my 10€ he slapped €10 note on the counter and told me again to leave. Two streets away I went to T-Mobile with a very friendly staff to help me set it up and it worked perfectly.
Beware! There are a number of very similar shops within a couple of streets and I strongly recommend you try one of those first.
