Do not even bother going here for repair job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful repair. I only asked to pop the chain back,instead was told that I need a new chain. That was done too tight and after paying a hefty amount of money still had to go to another place to fix it. Oh, and I certainly didn't enjoy the repair guy moaning about people (like me) who ask for a quick fix when he had other bikes to repair first. Mind you he didn't do anything when I went in,except for sipping his coffee and talking to another employee. So not only was I ripped off but also humiliated. NO WAY I would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really awful! You can buy some generic items there (like lights, bells etc.) but when it comes to getting spare parts for your brand bike - forget about it! I was trying to get some advice on a particular spare part which was broken (actually to order it at their shop) and I was told to my face that I need to go to the place where I bought the bike. They are afraid of people who bought their bike elsewhere and want to fix it in their shop. Totally, utterly unprofessional attitude. They have the mentality of a second-hand car dealer - give me your money and if problems come solve them elsewhere. Grossly unrecommended! Will never-ever go there again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service. Never go for any service. I went there to fix the tyre valve air leak which usually can be done for free or couple of euros. Even without seeing he said he will change that and this. They changed the entire tube stating it is weak but the cycle is just 10 days old. For no reason charged a huge bill. Simply cheating..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can find pretty much anything you'll need here but I don't recommend asking for help with your own DIY bike repairs... they'll charge you for literally anything and everything. Last time they charged me for a single chain link and this time for these two top screws I wanted to exchange for the two bottom ones ??? Seriously guys?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really negligent service. Went in for bike flat, walked out with misaligned wheel that I noticed a few kilometres down the road. Luckily the disc brake wasn't damaged.
They're really dismissive too. When the bike first came out I noticed a massive scratch in the paintwork.. with edges still raw. He wiped his dirty fingers over it and said it was just a scratch in the protective coating and not the paint. Then he walked off while I was still talking to him.
Honestly, do not take your bike here. The Fietshuis is 5 minutes away from here. They are friendly, professional and good value for money. They're also quite busy because of it, so you might need to book. Small price to pay for quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience getting our bike here. We got a lot of information, could test the bikes properly, and had no issue until we purchased and picked up the bike.
They don’t have many employees, so it can be slow (only two people on a weekday that I came in).
Otherwise, the shop offers a lot of things.
