Ik heb de betrokken medewerker telefonisch laten weten dat ik niet verder zou gaan met de opleiding .Toen de Corona-procedures waren afgerond, werd het centrum heropend Ze mailden me dat ik twee maanden achter elkaar een bedrag moest betalen Omwille van mijn respect heb ik het bedrag betaald zonder enige training te volgen Ik zou deze slechte behandeling nooit aanraden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op woensdag 9 februari heb ik een mail gestuurd naar Valkencourt, met daarin een aantal punten van aandacht. Zoals het extreme personeelsverloop, de matige aandacht door de huidige generatie coaches, regelmatig apparaten die buiten werking- of helemaal weggehaald zijn, de reinheid in de kleedruimtes, de lage temperatuur van het 'relaxbad', het Turks stoombad dat vaak niet doet wat het moet doen, de kéér op kéér uitvallende centrifuges in de doucheruimte, en tenslotte het feit dat de horeca sinds de beëindiging van de laatste lockdown nog niet één avond open is geweest wegens personeelstekort. Maar Valkencourt is wél veruit de duurste sportschool in de regio! Dezelfde avond werd ik gebeld door Martine Wubben, clubmanager @Valkencourt. Ál mijn punten werden direct weggewoven en van tafel geveegd, en mij werd de vraag gesteld waarom ik eigenlijk nog kwam sporten.....
Deze mevrouw stuurde aan op onmiddellijke beëindiging van mijn abonnement, waarmee i ook ingestemd heb. Haar motto is kennelijk: "klagende klanten royeren we, want dan heb je ook geen klagende klanten meer". En daar betaal je dus € 60,00 per maand voor. Na 8 jaar daar gesport te hebben ben ik dus nu mijn heil elders gaan zoeken.

This lady insisted on the immediate termination of my subscription, which I also agreed to. Her motto is apparently: "We expel complaining customers, because then you will no longer have complaining customers". And you pay € 60.00 per month for that. After 8 years of sporting activities there, I have now started looking elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically very good club. Strange rules for kids - not allowed in any sauna before age of 12 even with parents. Read careful the contract. Its seems not really expensive, but you also pay club credit €100 (which I did not ask for, can back it when you quit membership), some service costs also about 100 per year. And when after 52 weeks I wanted to stop - not possible, need to pay for 4 weeks since day when you feel form! And they tried to charge service costs again after 10,5 months of membership, so previous was still valid.
