★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tja als je HEMA fan bent komt t eigenlijk altijd wel goed. Nu was ik niet zo blij met een aankoop. De 1' mevrouw was onaardig en zeker niet klantgericht. Een collega die mijn irritatie bemerkte nam het gesprek over. Stelde vragen en vroeg mij wat ik als oplossing zag. Daar kon zij zich in vinden en opgelost. Toch weer een tevreden klant dus.... ?
 Well if you are a HEMA fan it will always be alright. Now I was not so happy with a purchase. The 1 'madam was unkind and certainly not customer-oriented. A colleague who noticed my irritation took over the conversation. Asked questions and asked me what I saw as a solution. She could accept and resolve that. Yet again a satisfied customer .... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd wel iets leuks te vinden bij de HEMA. Jammer dat er geen brood en vleeswaren te koop zijn in deze vestiging, verder hebben ze alles. Bijvoorbeeld doe-het-zelf peperkoekhuisjes... Vriendelijk personeel!
Always something nice to find at the HEMA. It is a pity that there are no bread and meat products for sale in this establishment, otherwise they have everything. For example do-it-yourself gingerbread houses ... Friendly staff!
