g	ger de knegt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom vanaf het begin in deze praktijk. In eerste instantie bij Dokt. Kappeyne maar nu en wegens de drukte, vaak bij Dokt. Yoaf en kan niet anders zeggen dat ik zeer tevreden ben en mijzelf zeer prettig voel hoe beiden mijn medische klachten benaderen en aanpakken. Geduldig, luisteren goed en doen niets overhaast. Chapeau! Come into this practice from the beginning. Initially at Doctor. Kappeyne but now and because of the crowds, often at Dokt. Yoaf and I can only say that I am very satisfied and I feel very comfortable with how both approach and deal with my medical complaints. Be patient, listen carefully and don't rush anything. Cheers!

I had a horrible experience with the doctor disputing what I said - after calling the GGD she finally relented and wrote a prescription. What should have been a fairly simple 5 min visit turned out to be a confrontational 40 min ordeal - I really felt disappointed and felt as if the doctor did not believe what I said
M	Martijn Otten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finally decided to move to another doctor and it was the best choice to make. Long waiting ques in the morning (up to 1hr). You have to wait days for appointments, there is at least one rude assistant in back-office, doctor is very hard to reach. When you ask to get the doctor on the phone you are told you can make a call-appointment 2 days from now.

She gave good recommendations and invited me to call back if conditions continued. I appreciated her taking time with me very much.

(Wen I choose Dutch and want to wait in line the system assumes I want to be called back- which often times does not happen the same day)
