β β β β β Horrible experience. Really rude woman with curly hair was mean and so bad at her jobs she couldnβt even open a joint account. Didnβt speak English. She was so insulting we couldnβt believe she still had a job at ING.

β β β β β Staff has not been helpful at all - terrible bank, definitely don't recommend ING. They did not send all the paperwork so I had to go to different places to collect my ID and password when I opened an account for the first time. They charge 30 euros if you want them to process a cheque and the debit card is only usable on Dutch website - like who today only buys on Dutch websites? The credit card is only available after 3 months. Completely useless staff and bank.
