Received a letter from this company, and said something was wrong with T-mobile company back 2011, that i have to pay 700euro for 6 months mobile bill for 2011, and the funny thing is, i came to the Netherlands 2012, so just to warn people who get letters from them, please be careful with internet!

Kamernet is a scam company that uses Itrum as their collect agency, I don't trust anyone that does business with Kamernet. Contractual traps shouldn't be considered valid. And a collect agency that supports this is just as evil.

My wife is getting multiple messages for some payment for tickets on a website but she didn't buy anything neither attended the event. This is harassment, trying to see if there is a legal recourse to stop this. Seems like a scam!!

I think there should be a punishment for sending a bill in which you mention you have to pay in 8 human days (or else) and personally not being able to answer your e-mail in 10 working days. I sincerely hope Volkskrant will bring their business elsewhere. Kind regards

Terrible agency, and not only because of debt collection. Employees were very unprofessional and disorganized. Multiple employees contacted me at various times with different information. They also would not provide me with evidence of the case. Once payment was sent, they contacted me 3 more times stating the payment was not received, even after I sent a proof of transaction to their email. They had some how misplaced the payment and the proof of payment sent to their email.

Took over 2 months for them to recognise they made a mistake ! In that time threatening letters and emails. All over a 10 euro payment on an ov card. Something which could have been resolved If they simply responded to any of my emails

Fake company operating incasso scams. Do not give your personal information to them. Ask instead for this company to provide your customer account number of the company they say you owe money to so that they can prove that a relationship exists or exited between you and the company they say they are collecting for. Intrum were unable to provide either an account number or an invoice to prove a contractual relationship exists or has ever existed between myself and the company they claim to be collecting for. Beware!
